However, additional background to the transaction can be added as appropriate.

In accordance with section 4(e) of the 2003 Plan, for the periods of: (i) February, 2003; (ii) March 2003; and, (iii) the fourth quarter of 2003, EESAI and the Consultation Parties may agree to acquire all or part of the “Super Peak (6x6) Product” and “Super Peak (7x6) Product” (Super Peak Products) through purchases from the Power Pool. For the portion of the Super Peak Product(s) purchased from the Power Pool, the discovered energy price will be based on the average of the hourly Pool Price for the applicable volume. The Pool Price is defined as the price for each hour for electricity as published by the Power Pool of Alberta (expressed as CAD$/MWh) for the applicable period on the Power Pool of Alberta Internet web page.
