Item No 1. Where the Authority has a requirement for a route listed under Item No 1 of DEFFORM 110, as detailed at Appendix 1, then the Authority shall, in order of economic preference, invite Participating Suppliers to confirm availability of crew and a suitable aircraft with the carrier listed in Appendix 1 to DEFFORM 110. For the purpose tasking under Item No1 “economic preference” is considered to mean the first named carrier, followed by the second and third named carrier as listed on the DEFFORM 110, Appendix 1. On identifying a requirement the Authority shall issue a Tasking Order (Annex A1) including sufficient detail to enable the Participating Supplier to confirm aircraft and crew availability to undertake the task. Where a Participating Supplier confirms crew and aircraft availability by the response deadline indicated on the Tasking Order (which shall allow a reasonable response period), the Authority shall by return confirm the contract award by issuing a “Fix Fax” (Annex A2), the Supplier shall by return acknowledge receipt (Annex A3) of the “Fix Fax”.

  • Schedule of Services Consultant shall perform the Services within the Term of this Agreement, in accordance with the Schedule of Services set forth in Exhibit “B” attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and in accordance with any other completion schedule or milestones which may be separately agreed upon in writing by the Parties. Consultant represents that it has the professional and technical personnel required to perform the Services in conformance with such conditions. In order to facilitate Consultant’s conformance with the Schedule, City shall respond to Consultant’s submittals in a timely manner. Upon request of City, Consultant shall provide a more detailed schedule of anticipated performance to meet the Schedule of Services.

  • Item Agreement As negotiated items are agreed upon, they shall be reduced to writing and initialed by the chief negotiator of each party. Such initialing shall be construed as tentative agreement by both parties on that item or issue, subject to finalization by ratification by the membership of the Association and adoption by the Board.

  • Exhibit Exhibit A is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the new Exhibit A attached hereto, which reflects the addition of the Series E Preferred to the Agreement.

  • THE SCHEDULE 44A. (1) Subject to the reservation set out in subclause (3) of this Clause, the Joint Venturers shall at all times during the term of this Agreement and any extensions thereof so exercise the rights conferred upon or vested in them by this Agreement and shall so operate or make use of all onshore facilities so as to ensure that the priorities set out in subclauses (2) and (4) of this Clause are observed and performed.

  • Wage Schedule ‌ The pay rate (including increments and stated extras) as agreed to and hereinafter in this Schedule provided, shall be in effect during the term of the Agreement, from April 1, 2019 to March 31, 2022.

  • Schedule of Wages An incumbent of a dually classified position shall be paid the regular rate of pay of the classification of work being performed.

  • SCHEDULE OF WORK FIRST PARTY’S proposed schedule for the various services required will be set forth in Exhibit A-1. A4. CHANGES IN WORK -- EXTRA WORK In addition to services described in Section A1, the parties may from time to time agree in writing that FIRST PARTY, for additional compensation, shall perform additional services including but not limited to: • Change in the services because of changes in scope of the work. • Additional tasks not specified herein as required by the CITY. The CITY and FIRST PARTY shall agree in writing to any changes in compensation and/or changes in FIRST PARTY’s services before the commencement of any work. If FIRST PARTY deems work he/she has been directed to perform is beyond the scope of this agreement and constitutes extra work, FIRST PARTY shall immediately inform the CITY in writing of the fact. The CITY shall make a determination as to whether such work is in fact beyond the scope of this agreement and constitutes extra work. In the event that the CITY determines that such work does constitute extra work, it shall provide compensation to the FIRST PARTY in accordance with an agreed cost that is fair and equitable. This cost will be mutually agreed upon by the CITY and FIRST PARTY. A supplemental agreement providing for such compensation for extra work shall be negotiated between the CITY and the FIRST PARTY. Such supplemental agreement shall be executed by the FIRST PARTY and may be approved by the City Manager upon recommendation of the Department Head.
