Bill Pay Fees. There is no fee for initiating or deleting a standard payment through Bill Pay. If you require a payment to be expedited, a rush delivery option is available for a small fee. Fees also apply for a stop payment on a Bill Payment check.

After cancellation, your Bill Payment Service may be reinstated by contacting Embassy Bank at 000-000-0000 once sufficient funds are available in your Payment Account to cover the Bill Payment Service fees and any other pending transfers or debits.
