Common use of Janitor Service Clause in Contracts

Janitor Service. To cause when reasonably necessary from time to time the floors and windows of the Leased Premises to be swept and cleaned and the desks, tables and other furniture of the Tenant to be dusted, all in keeping with a first-class office building, such work shall be done at the Landlord's direction without interference by the Tenant, its servants or employees.

Janitor Service. Janitor Service. To cause when reasonably necessary from time to time the floors and windows of the Leased Premises to be swept and cleaned and the desks, tables and other furniture of the Tenant to be dusted, dusted all in keeping with a first-class office buildingbuilding but with the exception of the obligation to cause such work to be done, the Landlord shall not be responsible for any act of omission of commission on the part of the persons employed to perform such work; such work shall be done at the Landlord's direction without interference by the Tenant, its servants or employees.
