Janitorial Supplies Sample Clauses

The Janitorial Supplies clause defines the responsibilities for providing and maintaining cleaning materials and equipment within a facility. Typically, this clause specifies whether the landlord or tenant is responsible for supplying items such as cleaning agents, paper products, and trash bags, and may outline standards for their quality and replenishment. By clearly assigning these duties, the clause helps prevent disputes over cleanliness standards and ensures that the premises are properly maintained throughout the lease term.
