JOB CLASSIFICATIONS AND WAGE RATES. (a) The Employer shall provide the Union with job descriptions for the classifications in the bargaining unit set out in Appendix 3. (b) When the Employer establishes a new bargaining unit position, it shall provide the Union with a job description and the wage rate established by the Employer. Should the Union disagree with the proposed wage rate or classification, a grievance must be filed within thirty (30) days of notification by the Employer.
