JOB CLASSIFICATIONS – NEW CLASSIFICATIONS. In the event the District determines, subsequent to signing of this Agreement, that the needs of the department require the creation of additional classification(s) related to the bargaining unit, the District agrees to discuss with the Association the functions to be performed, the qualifications required, appropriate lines of progression, and to prepare appropriate job descriptions. The salaries of the proposed additional classification(s) shall be subject to negotiations. Should a dispute develop, the Department Manager of Human Resources shall determine the matter.
