JOB REVERSION RIGHTS. Employees who accept jobs outside the bargaining unit or are reclassified within the bargaining unit shall not be caused to lose their seniority. Those employees reclassified shall accumulate seniority in their new classification, but shall not accrue seniority in their former classification. If such employees are returned to their former classification within the time specified herein, they shall regain their previously earned seniority and continue to accumulate seniority.

If such employee is out of the bargaining unit as provided herein for a period in excess of twelve (12) months, such right of return shall be forfeited.

However, the District’s obligation in this regard shall cease upon normal attrition in the classification, including, but not limited to, retirement, termination or promotion.

  • Reversion Rights An employee serving a trial service period may voluntarily revert at any time or the Employer, with one (1) working day’s written notice, may revert an employee who does not successfully complete their trial service period.   • Termination Right The Representative shall have the right to terminate this Agreement at any time prior to any Closing Date, (i) if any domestic or international event or act or occurrence has materially disrupted, or in its opinion will in the immediate future materially disrupt, general securities markets in the United States; or (ii) if trading on any Trading Market shall have been suspended or materially limited, or minimum or maximum prices for trading shall have been fixed, or maximum ranges for prices for securities shall have been required by FINRA or by order of the Commission or any other government authority having jurisdiction, or (iii) if the United States shall have become involved in a new war or an increase in major hostilities, or (iv) if a banking moratorium has been declared by a New York State or federal authority, or (v) if a moratorium on foreign exchange trading has been declared which materially adversely impacts the United States securities markets, or (vi) if the Company shall have sustained a material loss by fire, flood, accident, hurricane, earthquake, theft, sabotage or other calamity or malicious act which, whether or not such loss shall have been insured, will, in the Representative’s opinion, make it inadvisable to proceed with the delivery of the Securities, or (vii) if the Company is in material breach of any of its representations, warranties or covenants hereunder, or (viii) if the Representative shall have become aware after the date hereof of such a material adverse change in the conditions or prospects of the Company, or such adverse material change in general market conditions as in the Representative’s judgment would make it impracticable to proceed with the offering, sale and/or delivery of the Securities or to enforce contracts made by the Underwriters for the sale of the Securities.

  • Initial Exercise Price; Exercise of Rights; Detachment of Rights (a) Subject to adjustment as herein set forth, each Right will entitle the holder thereof, after the Separation Time, to purchase, for the Exercise Price, or its U.S. Dollar Equivalent as at the Business Day immediately preceding the day of exercise of the Right, one Common Share. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, any Rights held by the Corporation or any of its Subsidiaries shall be void.

  • Union Rights Section One. Employer representatives shall deal exclusively with Union designated stewards or representatives in the processing of grievances or any other aspect of contract administration.

  • Other Termination Rights This Agreement may be terminated at any time prior to the Closing by the applicable party if and to the extent permitted in Part V of Appendix B.

  • Employment Restrictions Executive is not currently a party to any non competition, non-solicitation, confidentiality or other work-related agreement that limits or restricts Executive’s ability to work in any particular field or in any particular geographic region, whether or not such agreement would be violated by this Agreement.

  • RESTRICTION ON OUTSIDE EMPLOYMENT 55.01 Unless otherwise specified by the Employer as being in an area that could represent a conflict of interest, employees shall not be restricted in engaging in other employment outside the hours they are required to work for the Employer.
