Job Code. Work Group Combinations – When the Company combines job codes or work groups or transfers job codes to a different work group and additional employees are required, the most senior employee(s) affected will go with the work. Where job codes or work groups are split, assignments will be made in seniority order. The Company shall notify the Union Business Manager prior to making the changes.
