JOB CREATIONS PROGRAM. 33:01 The Board agrees to notify the Union of any Job Creation program that it intends to implement which impacts the bargaining unit membership. The Employer shall notify the Union of the terms and conditions of the Job Creation program and shall ensure that Union dues are deducted as applicable.
