Common use of JOB ENHANCEMENT TRAINING Clause in Contracts

JOB ENHANCEMENT TRAINING. (a) Job enhancement training need not be provided or time off granted if an employee has used his/her defined share of training as per department policy and/or because of operational need. However, by mutual agreement, a department and an employee may agree to provide time off with or without pay, tuition, or other expenses for training or education which enhances an employee's job skills.
