JOB EVALUATION, CLASSIFICATION AND RECLASSIFICATION. 31.01 The Employer will maintain a formal job evaluation process (JEP) for the evaluation, classification and reclassification of all job positions within the bargaining unit. The JEP will not be altered or replaced without the agreement of the members of the Job Evaluation Committee (JEC).
