Job Posting Award and Letter of Appointment. (a) The name of the successful applicant (job posting award) shall be posted on the Union bulletin board and a copy provided to the Union within seven (7) calendar days of making the job posting award. (b) The Employer shall provide a letter of appointment to each Employee confirming the information set out at clause 31.01(b) (which may be a copy of the job posting award).
