Common use of Job Posting Detail Clause in Contracts

Job Posting Detail. (a) The posting shall contain the following information: (i) the job classification; (ii) a general outline of the duties and responsibilities; (iii) the anticipated hours of work per week; (iv) the anticipated shifts to be worked; (v) the applicable wage rate (b) If the vacancy referred to herein occurs without advance notice to the Employer, the Employer shall fill the vacancy from amongst employees qualified to perform the tasks of the job until the job posting procedure has been completed. The Employer agrees to promptly award the job according to the selection process outlined herein.
