  • TRAINING AND EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT 9.1 The Employer and the Union recognize the value and benefit of education and training designed to enhance an employee’s ability to perform their job duties. Training and employee development opportunities will be provided to employees in accordance with Employer policies and available resources. 9.2 Attendance at employer-required training will be considered time worked. The Employer will make reasonable attempts to schedule employer-required training during an employee’s regular work shift. The Employer will pay the registration and associated travel costs in accordance with Article 23, Travel, for employer-required training.

  • EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE REVIEW AND EMPLOYEE FILES 19.01 (a) When a formal assessment of an employee’s performance is made, the employee concerned must be given an opportunity to discuss and then sign the assessment form in question upon its completion to indicate that its contents have been read.   • Switching and Tagging Rules The Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner shall each provide the other Party a copy of its switching and tagging rules that are applicable to the other Party’s activities. Such switching and tagging rules shall be developed on a nondiscriminatory basis. The Parties shall comply with applicable switching and tagging rules, as amended from time to time, in obtaining clearances for work or for switching operations on equipment.

  • Vesting and Forfeiture Any Award which has become payable pursuant to the performance measures set forth in Section 4 shall be considered as fully earned by you, subject to the further provisions of this Section 3. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Award Agreement to the contrary, any Award will be forfeited back to Tyson in the event of: (i) your Termination of Employment before the Vesting Date, except as otherwise provided in Sections 3.2 through 3.4, or (ii) the failure to satisfy any of the performance measures provided in Section 4.
