DEFINITION OF AN EMPLOYEE. 4.01 An employee engaged to fill a position in a classification within the bargaining unit shall become a "Regular Employee" four hundred and fifty hours worked after the last date they were hired by the Employer. During the said four hundred and fifty hours (450) hours worked such employees shall be on probation.

The Providing Unit must be exporting Active Power to the Power System and must remain connected to the Power System for at least 15 minutes following the Fault Disturbance.

  • Definition of Employees A. Full-time employee is defined as a person employed in a position that is scheduled for forty (40) hours per week.

  • Where an Employee (a) at the maximum rate of a salary range is promoted, a new anniversary date is established based upon the date of promotion;

  • Casual Employee A casual employee is one who is employed as a relief or on a replacement basis and is available for call-ins as circumstances demand.

  • Exempt Employee An exempt employee is one who is not eligible for overtime. Exempt employees are in classifications in Appendix A shown as Code 3.
