JOB SENIORITY. 2.1 Employees shall establish their seniority within the department by job position within the progression line and by certificate of qualification as established by this procedure. 2.2 In the event of a manpower reduction, employees shall move back by job progression and by certificate of qualification, the junior employees being displaced.
