Job Status and Function of Union Officers. 5.1 If mutually agreed upon, the Xxxxxxx, or Alternate shall be paid by the Employer for time spent in the processing of grievances arising out of this Agreement during his/her regularly scheduled working hours, at his/her regularly scheduled rate of pay.
