Job Status and Function of Union Officers. The names of the Committeemen, Stewards or alternates, shall be given in writing to the Employer. No Committeeman, Xxxxxxx or alternate shall function as such until the Employer has been advised of his selection in writing by any International, Local, or Unit Official.
