Joint Accounts and Joint Several Liability. To the extent that Paxos permits Accounts with more than one Account Owner, this Agreement will be an Agreement between us and each Account Owner. This subsection (f) governs the relationship between Flourish Digital Assets and the Account Owners for an Account with multiple Account Owners. Paxos may have separate and different requirements with respect to Accounts with more than one Account Owner, and your agreement(s) with Paxos will govern any matters that are the responsibility of Paxos, such as the custody and execution services provided by Paxos. If there is more than one Account Owner, each Account Owner agrees to be jointly and severally liable for all obligations arising under this Agreement. We are entitled to rely on instructions provided by any Account Owner, and each Account Owner has full authority, acting individually and without notice to any other Account Owner (including as agent on behalf of any other Account Owner(s)), to take an action on behalf of the Account and provide instructions to Flourish Digital Assets as fully and completely as if such Account Owner were the sole Account Owner. Each Account Owner authorizes Flourish Digital Assets to follow the instructions of any other Account Owner concerning any matter pertaining to the Platform and Services. Flourish Digital Assets is not responsible for determining the purpose or propriety of any instruction received from any Account Owner as against any other Account Owner. Flourish Digital Assets is not obligated to notify other Account Owners of the actions taken by any one Account Owner. Each Account Owner agrees that notice provided to any one Account Owner will be deemed to be notice to all Account Owners for all purposes. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Flourish Digital Assets, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to require written instructions from one or all Account Owners. If Flourish Digital Assets receives instructions from any Account Owner that, in Flourish Digital Assets’ opinion, conflicts with instructions received from any other Account Owner, Flourish Digital Assets may, but is not obligated to, comply with any of these instructions or advise each Account Owner of the apparent conflict and take no action as to any of these instructions until it actually receives and has a reasonable amount of time to act on satisfactory instructions from any or all Account Owners.   • Several Liability In any action involving the Acquiring Funds under this Agreement, each Acquired Fund agrees to look solely to the individual Acquiring Fund that is involved in the matter in controversy and not to any other series of the Investing Company.
