Common use of Joint Activities Clause in Contracts

Joint Activities. The Lenders carry on jointly the activity of supplying services to the Borrower. Those services consist of making available the Facility in accordance with the terms of the Finance Documents (the Services). The Borrower acknowledges that: (a) it has, in its sole discretion, requested that the Lenders supply the Services on a joint basis; and (b) the Lenders are not in competition for the provision of those Services to the Borrower.
