Preparedness. In addition to any item(s) that Licensee is required to maintain under the License Agreement, Licensee is required to procure and maintain the following healthcare supplies and personal protective equipment, such that these supplies will be accessible to Licensee while on campus and living in campus housing:
1. Hand sanitizer (at least 70% alcohol base);
2. Appropriate face coverings, as defined by state and local health authorities, and the University; and
3. A thermometer.
Preparedness. 1. The Parties shall, jointly or individually, develop strategies and response plans to identify, manage and control risks to human health and the environment arising from land and/or forest fires and related haze pollution arising from such fires.
2. The Parties shall, as appropriate, prepare standard operating procedures for regional co-operation and national action required under this Agreement.
Preparedness. On such dates and times mutually agreed upon by the parties, the AGENCY will deliver all vehicles to an AXON Installer less weapons and items of evidence. Vehicle(s) will be deemed ‘out of service’ to the extent necessary to perform Work pursuant of this SOW.
Preparedness. The knowledge and capacities developed by governments, response and recovery organisations, communities and individuals to effectively anticipate, respond to and recover from the impacts of likely, imminent or current disasters.
Preparedness. 1. The Parties shall, jointly or individually, develop strategies and contingency/response plans to reduce losses from disasters.
2. The Parties shall, as appropriate, prepare Standard Operating Procedures for regional co-operation and national action required under this Agreement including the following:
a. regional standby arrangements for disaster relief and emergency response;
b. utilisation of military and civilian personnel, transportation and communication equipment, facilities, goods and services and to facilitate their trans-boundary movement; and
c. co-ordination of joint disaster relief and emergency response operations.
3. The Parties shall, jointly or individually enhance their national capacities, as appropriate, inter alia, to: a. facilitate mobilisation of national resources to support such regional standby arrangements for disaster relief and emergency response;

1. Hand sanitizer (at least 70% alcohol base);
2. Sanitizing wipes/sprays;
3. Hand Soap;
4. Appropriate face coverings, as defined by state and local health authorities, and the University;
5. A thermometer;
6. Cleaning supplies, such as gloves, bleach, etc. necessary to maintain your health and safety.
Preparedness a) CRC will recruit, select and train a volunteer-based workforce to have ready- to-respond CRC Personnel available to deliver Services. All CRC volunteer personnel providing Services are expected to follow applicable standards, policies and training requirements of both the Government of Ontario and the CRC when carrying out the Services set out in Schedule “A”.
b) CRC will stock and maintain supplies and logistics capacity as required to provide the Services; and
c) CRC will participate in County-led emergency preparedness exercises, activities and/or meetings, as mutually agreed upon from time to time.
Preparedness. 19. Definition of Responsibilities The Agencies to this Agreement shall be distinguished as follows:
A. Jurisdictional Agency The agency having overall land and resource management and/or wildland fire protection responsibility for a specific geographical or functional area as provided by federal or state law. Under no circumstances will a jurisdictional agency abdicate legal responsibilities as provided by federal or state law.
B. Protecting Agency The agency responsible for providing wildfire protection, incident management and other activities to a given area pursuant to its jurisdictional responsibility or agreed upon protection responsibility as specified by federal or state law, contract or agreement.
C. Supporting Agency An agency providing wildfire response or other support or resource assistance to a protecting agency.
Preparedness. Activities that lead to a safe, efficient, and cost effective fire management program in support of land and resource management objectives through appropriate planning and coordination.
