Common use of Joint Assessment Clause in Contracts

Joint Assessment. If the improvements or property, the taxes for which are to be paid separately by Lessee under paragraph 10.2 or 10.5 are not separately assessed, Lessee's portion of that tax shall be equitably determined by Lessor from the respective valuations assigned in the assessor's work sheets or such other information (which may include the cost of construction) as may be reasonably available. Lessor's reasonable determination thereof, in good faith, shall be conclusive.
