Joint Consideration of On-Site and Off-Site Improvements. In conjunction with the land use consistency determination described in subsection 5.1 of this Agreement, the School Board and affected local government will jointly determine the need for and timing of on-site and off-site improvements necessary to support each new school or the proposed major renovation of an existing school. The School Board and the affected local government will enter into a written agreement identifying the timing, location, and the party or parties responsible for financing constructing, operating and maintaining the required improvements.
