Common use of Joint Contract Administration Committee Clause in Contracts

Joint Contract Administration Committee. Both parties agree that its representatives shall meet on a mutually agreed upon date, place, and time once per month for the purpose of reviewing implementation of this Agreement and attempting to collaboratively resolve problems that may arise. The meetings are not intended to bypass the grievance procedure and shall not be intended to renegotiate the provisions of this Agreement. It is agreed that neither party shall have more than (3) three representatives at such meetings. Neither party shall have control over the selection of the representation of the other party.
