Common use of Joint Impact Review Meeting Clause in Contracts

Joint Impact Review Meeting. Whenever a notice of displacement or layoff is issued by the Employer to the Union pursuant to this Clause 39.04, the Parties shall convene a meeting within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of the notice to review the impact of the impending displacement or layoff.

Whenever a notice of displacement or layoff is issued by the Employer to the Union pursuant to this Clause 39.04Article 17, the Parties shall convene a meeting (which may be by telephone) within fourteen seven (147) calendar days of the date of the notice to review the impact of the impending displacement or layoff. This review will include identifying those employees whom it is anticipated may or will be displaced or laid off.
