Joint Maintenance Committee. A Joint Job Evaluation Maintenance Committee (hereinafter referred to as the Committee) shall be established with up to three (3) representatives of the Employer and up to three (3) representatives of the Union appointed by the Saanich Union Executive. Each party shall appoint a Co-chairperson of the Committee. There shall be a minimum of two union representatives present at all meetings of this Committee. Each party shall be responsible for the costs associated with their representatives’ participation on the committee.
