Joint PROSE Panel. a. Upon ratification of the successor collective bargain- ing agreements to the 2007-2009 collective bargaining agreements, a collaborative, decision-making Panel made up of an equal number of members selected by the UFT President and the Chancellor will invite school teams of UFT-represented employees and CSA-represented admin- istrators to submit proposals for five years long for par- ticipation in the PROSE program where schools with real educator voice and decision making input and/or authority are permitted to design schools that work best for the stu- dents and communities they serve.
