Joint Scope Meeting and Job Order Development. The County will issue, for each individual project, a Brief Scope of Work and Joint Scope Meeting invitation requesting the Contractor’s Superintendent and/or the County’s end user representative, to meet at the project site. Upon receipt of this notification, the Contractor agrees to respond to the County within two (2) working days by establishing verbal contact with the County.
