Joint Signatories. (a) Where this Agreement is signed by or on behalf of a corporation or otherwise by or on behalf of more than one person, any liability arising hereunder shall be deemed to be the joint and several liabilities of the directors and / or partners in the corporation or of such persons as aforesaid;
(b) If this Agreement is signed by or on behalf of more than one person (such persons being hereinafter referred to as the “Original Signatories”) and any one or more of the Original Signatories is not bounded by this Agreement (whether by reason of his lack of capacity or improper execution of this Agreement or for any other reason whatever), the remaining Original Signatory or Signatories shall continue to be bounded by this Agreement as if such other Original Signatory or Signatories had never been a party hereto;
(c) Where this Agreement is signed by or on behalf of more than one person, on the death of any such person, the interest of the deceased in any of the securities in the Account held by PCSL, will automatically pass to the benefit of the survivors;

If any one or more of Guarantors is not bound by the provisions of this guarantee and indemnity (whether by reason of his or their lack of capacity or improper execution of this guarantee and indemnity or for any other reason whatsoever) the remaining Guarantors shall continue to be bound by the provisions of this guarantee and indemnity as if such other Guarantor(s) had never been party to this guarantee and indemnity.
Joint Signatories i. Where the Client Agreement is signed by or on behalf of a firm or otherwise by or on behalf of more than one person, any liability arising hereunder shall be deemed to be the joint and several liability of the partners in the firm or of such persons as aforesaid.
ii. If the Client Agreement is signed by or on behalf of more than one person (such persons being hereinafter referred to as the “Original Signatories”), and any one or more of the Original Signatories is not bound by the Client Agreement (whether due to the lack of capacity, improper execution of the Client Agreement, or any other reason whatsoever) (such persons being hereafter referred to as the “Unbound Original Signatories”), the remaining Original Signatory or Signatories shall continue to be bound by the Client Agreement as if such Unbound Original Signatory or Signatories had never been a party hereto.
