Common use of JSC Functions Clause in Contracts

JSC Functions. The JSC’s responsibilities with respect to the Research Program are as follows: (a) Overseeing and coordinating the activities of the Parties under the Research Program; (b) Facilitating the exchange of Know-How and materials as required hereunder; (c) Periodically reviewing the progress of the Research Program; and (d) Updating or modifying the Research Plan. (e) Approving the achievement of Development Milestone 1.

The JSC’s responsibilities with respect to the Research Program are as follows: (a) Overseeing and coordinating the activities of the each Party (including those of its Affiliates and Third Parties acting under its authority) under the Research Program; (b) Facilitating the exchange of Know-How and materials as required hereunder; (c) Periodically reviewing the progress of the Research Program; (c) Reviewing compliance with and potential deviations from Research Program and budget; (d) Exchange of information relating to patent strategy with respect to an Acquired Antibody; and (d) Updating or modifying the Research Plan. (e) Approving Fulfilling such other responsibilities as may be allocated to the achievement JSC by mutual written agreement of Development Milestone 1the Parties.

The JSC’s responsibilities with respect to the Research Program are as follows: (a) Overseeing and coordinating the activities performance of the Parties under the Research ProgramPrograms hereunder; (b) Facilitating Resolving matters presented to it by any Subcommittee that are within the exchange scope of Know-How and materials as required hereunder;responsibilities delegated to such Subcommittee by the JSC or otherwise pursuant to this Agreement; and (c) Periodically reviewing Fulfilling such other responsibilities as may be allocated to the progress JSC under this Agreement or by mutual written agreement of the Research Program; and (d) Updating or modifying the Research PlanParties.
