Jump Up. Where on a site at which the employee is engaged the wages and conditions for the majority of people employed are higher than those provided in this enterprise agreement, the employee will receive such higher wages and conditions in accordance with their relevant classification.
Jump Up. Where an employee is engaged on a site where the wages and conditions for the majority of workers employed are higher than those provided in this Agreement, the employee will receive such higher wages and conditions in accordance with their relevant classification. For example where an employee is performing work on a site where the majority of workers are working under a project specific agreement that provides for more beneficial rates than this Agreement, such rates will be applied. This provision shall go to such issues as wages, site allowances, classification levels and the like. For the avoidance of doubt, the dispute resolution procedure contained in this agreement applies to disputes over the application of this clause.
