An employee who loses time from work during the employee's normal schedule of work because of jury duty service or to testify pursuant to a subpoena shall be paid for such time lost at the employee's hourly rate plus shift premium, if applicable. Jury duty and witness fees shall be offset against such pay. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, such jury duty and witness services shall be considered time worked. The employee will be paid his/her regular pay minus any amount scheduled to be paid by the court (excluding mileage), and in turn will submit to his/her employer a copy of the check received for obligation.
