Sick Leave/Personal Leave 1. Each member of the bargaining unit who is regular full-time, in an active pay status, is eligible for ten (10) days of sick leave and three (3) days of personal leave annually. No member of the bargaining unit shall lose the accumulated allowance of unused days of sick leave/personal leave by reason of having been absent for a period without pay, nor shall the employee accumulate any additional days of allowance during the absence. Faculty members needing to use sick/personal days shall fill out the requisite forms according to official College procedures.
Personal Business Leave A. Each teacher shall be granted three (3) days of personal business leave each year to conduct personal business that must be conducted at times that school is in session. Each day shall be granted with the teacher receiving his/her full contract salary. (Rev: 2007)
Personal/Xxxxx’s Leave 7.3.1 All full time employees shall be entitled to accrue paid personal / carer's leave on the basis of 10 days per year (or pro-rata thereof for any period less than one year). Part-time employees are entitled to a pro-rata benefit. Paid personal / carer's leave is cumulative.

Personal Leaves 8.11.4.1 As approved by the Board, personal leaves without pay may be granted in cases of exceptional need for up to six (6) months. Personal Leave of Absence The Administrator may grant a request for leave of absence for personal reasons without pay provided that he receives at least one (1) month's clear notice, in writing, unless impossible, and provided that such leave may be arranged without undue inconvenience to the normal operations of the Nursing Home. Employees when applying for such leave shall indicate the proposed date of departure and return. Such leave shall not be unreasonably withheld.

Extended Personal Leave Personal leave without pay not to exceed thirty (30) 26 days may be granted at the discretion of the Superintendent. Personal leave in 27 excess of thirty (30) days shall be subject to approval by the Board.
