Jury Duty 9. 12.1 As provided by the law, a unit member is entitled to jury duty leave of absence without loss of pay for the time they are required to perform jury duty during their regularly assigned working hours. Participation in jury duty will not result in a deduction from sick leave or the attendance incentive.
