Common use of JURY DUTY AND BEREAVEMENT LEAVE Clause in Contracts

JURY DUTY AND BEREAVEMENT LEAVE. Employees working the 12-hour shift schedule will be paid for jury duty in accordance with Article 17.01 and bereavement leave in accordance with Article 18.01 at the rate of 12 hours' pay at their regular rate.

JURY DUTY AND BEREAVEMENT LEAVE. Employees working the 1210-hour afternoon shift schedule will be paid for jury duty in accordance with Article 17.01 23.01 and bereavement leave in accordance with Article 18.01 22.01 at the rate of 12 hours' 10 hours pay at their regular raterate to a maximum of forty (40) hours per week.
