Common use of Jury Duty and Subpoena Clause in Contracts

Jury Duty and Subpoena. With prior notification to the Superintendent of Schools, a teacher will be granted leave of absence with pay for the time required to serve on a jury, or being called for jury duty, or being subpoenaed as a witness other than on their own behalf or interest. Any fees or payments made to them for such duties or services must be remitted to the Board.
