JURY OR WITNESS DUTY PAY. 34.01 Subject to the employment contract for temporary employees and part time employees, a member who is subpoenaed for jury or witness duty will receive for each day of absence thereof the difference between the member's regular pay computed at the member's base hourly rate and the amount of jury or witness fee received, provided that the member furnishes the Employer with a certificate of service signed by the Clerk of the Court showing the amount of jury or witness fee received.
