Keep Track of Your Transactions and Available Balance. It is important that you keep track of your transactions and the funds in your Account that are available for you to use (“Available Balance”) by reviewing your transaction history. It is also important to understand that your Available Balance may not reflect transactions you have authorized that have not yet been presented to us for payment. You are also responsible for reviewing your Account statements as they are made available to you for errors or unauthorized activity. If you identify an error or unauthorized activity, you must notify us promptly to avoid losing your money. Please refer to the applicable sections below for information concerning errors and unauthorized activity.

Keep Track of Your Transactions and Available Balance. It is very important that you keep track of your transactions and the funds in your Exto Spending Account that are available for you to use (“Available Balance”) by maintaining a checkbook or by reviewing your transaction history through the Mobile App. Your Available Balance is viewable at any time through the Mobile App, but it is important to understand that it may not reflect transactions you have authorized that have not yet been presented to us for payment. You are also responsible for reviewing your Exto Spending Account statements as they are made available to you for errors or unauthorized activity. If you identify an error or unauthorized activity, you must notify us promptly to avoid losing your money. Please refer to Section VI for information concerning errors and unauthorized activity.

You are also responsible for reviewing your Goals Account statements as they are made available to you for errors or unauthorized activity.   • Amount of Funds Available to Grantee The maximum amount of funding being made available to Grantee under this Agreement is: $20,000. This amount may be amended, subject to funds availability, by mutual consent of the parties. Grant funds under this Agreement may be considered taxable income.

  • Assuming Bank’s Liquidation of Remaining Single Family Shared-Loss Loans In the event that the Assuming Bank does not conduct a Portfolio Sale pursuant to Section 4.1, the Receiver shall have the right, exercisable in its sole and absolute discretion, to require the Assuming Bank to liquidate for cash consideration, any Single Family Shared-Loss Loans held by the Assuming Bank at any time after the date that is six months prior to the Termination Date. If the Receiver exercises its option under this Section 4.2, it must give notice in writing to the Assuming Bank, setting forth the time period within which the Assuming Bank shall be required to liquidate the Single Family Shared-Loss Loans. The Assuming Bank will comply with the Receiver’s notice and must liquidate the Single Family Shared-Loss Loans as soon as reasonably practicable by means of sealed bid sales to third parties, not including any of the Assuming Bank’s affiliates, contractors, or any affiliates of the Assuming Bank’s contractors. The selection of any financial advisor or other third party broker or sales agent retained for the liquidation of the remaining Single Family Shared-Loss Loans pursuant to this Section shall be subject to the prior approval of the Receiver, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned.

  • Enhanced Optional Daily Usage File (EODUF 13.1 The EODUF service Agreement with terms and conditions is included in this Attachment as Exhibit C. Rates for EODUF are as set forth in Exhibit D.

  • Refinancing Preparation Advance; Capitalizing Front-end Fee and Interest (a) If the Loan Agreement provides for the repayment out of the proceeds of the Loan of an advance made by the Bank or the Association (“Preparation Advance”), the Bank shall, on behalf of such Loan Party, withdraw from the Loan Account on or after the Effective Date the amount required to repay the withdrawn and outstanding balance of the advance as at the date of such withdrawal from the Loan Account and to pay all accrued and unpaid charges, if any, on the advance as at such date. The Bank shall pay the amount so withdrawn to itself or the Association, as the case may be, and shall cancel the remaining unwithdrawn amount of the advance.”

  • Termination in the Event of Financial Difficulties If the HSP makes an assignment, proposal, compromise, or arrangement for the benefit of creditors, or is petitioned into bankruptcy, or files for the appointment of a receiver the Funder will consult with the Director before determining whether this Agreement will be terminated. If the Funder terminates this Agreement because a person has exercised a security interest as contemplated by section 107 of the Act, the Funder would expect to enter into a service accountability agreement with the person exercising the security interest or the receiver or other agent acting on behalf of that person where the person has obtained the Director's approval under section 110 of the Act and has met all other relevant requirements of Applicable Law.
