Spending Account definition

Spending Account means a trust, where all funds, including any interest earned on those funds, remain in the possession and control of the Locomotive Operator; are dedicated solely to compliance with the Spending Account requirements; and are not comingled with any other funding source in this account. .
Spending Account means any Account opened through Greenwood. Unless it would be inconsistent to do so, words and phrases used in this Agreement should be construed so that the singular includes the plural and the plural includes the singular.
Spending Account or “Spruce Spending Account” means the Spruce-branded demand deposit checking account established for you at MetaBank.

More Definitions of Spending Account

Spending Account means the Dependent Care Spending Account established under this Plan.
Spending Account means either a HCSA or a DCSA, which the Employer has elected to offer to Eligible Employees as a benefit under this Plan. Each Spending Account is a hypothetical bookkeeping account established by the Employer to track the contributions and the payment of Health Care Expenses and Dependent Care Expenses, as applicable.
