Posting Order. We receive transactions throughout the day and post them to your Account as they are received and in the order that they are received. Note that for debit card transactions, we consider the transaction received when the merchant requests settlement, which may occur several days after you authorize the transaction. See Section 3.9.4 for additional information concerning how debit card transactions are processed. We may change the order in which we post transactions to your Account at our discretion and without notice to you. It is therefore important for you to keep track of the deposits you make and the transactions you authorize to make sure there are sufficient funds in your Account to cover all transactions and any applicable fees.

Posting Order. We post non-ACH transactions when and in the order we receive them. With regard to ACH transactions, which can be credits or debits, you have the ability to initiate ACH transactions both through One (“One-initiated ACH”) and outside of One (“One-received ACH”). We post One-initiated ACH transactions as follows: debits post in real-time, and credits generally post by the end of the third Business Day. We post One-received ACH transactions on a rolling basis as follows: in each batch, credits post first, by high to low dollar amount, and then debits post, by high to low dollar amount, unless otherwise specified by a transaction effective date.
Posting Order. Generally, for each Business Day, we process transactions that took place before the Cut Off Time such that we Post deposits and other credits to your Account that increase your Current Balance before we process and Post other Items such as checks, Electronic Funds Transaction debits, and other debit transactions that reduce your Current Balance. We will process and Post to your account credit Items that we receive for payment in any order that we determine at our sole discretion – regardless of the time during the Business Day in which each Item occurred or that an Item is received by us. The order in which we process and Post debit items to your Account can be affected by the manner in which we receive those Items and whether we authorized those items for payment at or before the time that we received them. For example, we authorize some Electronic Payment Transaction Items, such as debit card purchases and ATM withdrawals, at the time you initiate the transaction, but we may not receive those Items to Post to your Account from the merchant for several Business Days. Other items we might not be aware of and are not asked to approve at the time of the transaction, such as checks you’ve written or ACH payments you’ve initiated. We don’t know about those transactions until we receive them. In connection with the order in which Items are Posted to your Account as set forth below, we have the right to establish the
Posting Order. We may process your Checks and other transactions in any order we choose. We will generally group transactions into categories and then Post transactions, from the lowest dollar amount to the highest dollar amount within each category before moving to the next category. The following is the order we generally Post groups of transactions: • Deposits and other credits to the Account; • Withdrawals that are obligated to be paid, for example outgoing wire transfers, Debit Card Transactions we have approved, ATM withdrawals, online and other electronic transfers, branch cash withdrawals, and returned Checks; • Checks and ACH debit transactions; and • Bank fees We reserve the right to use a different order in certain cases and to change our Posting Order at any time.

FSB generally processes your credits and debits as follows: • First, FSB posts credits to your account that have been received by FSB before the cutoff time on a business day. See the Determining When A Deposit Is Received provision in the Funds Availability section for the cutoff times of various deposit types. • Second, FSB posts debits that have been presented to FSB for final payment before FSB’s end-of-business-day processing.

For checks, all checks we receive during the day are posted to your Account during overnight processing prior to the start of the next business day, unless the check cannot be processed through automated check processing. If a check cannot be processed through automated check processing, it will be posted to your Account on the second business day. We post checks to your Account from the smallest dollar amount to the largest dollar amount regardless of the order in which we received the checks. If we change the order in which we post transactions to your Account, we will provide advance notice. It is important for you to keep track of the deposits you make and the transactions you authorize to make sure there are sufficient funds in your Account to cover all transactions and any applicable fees.

Posting Order. We generally process items in the order we receive them with the exception that for checks where our systems can read the check number, we process them sequentially by check number. As an example, on the same business day we receive three checks that were not cashed at a teller with check numbers 501, 510, and 515. Our system would subtract 501 first, then 510, and then 515.
