Key Pickup Sample Clauses

Key Pickup. Only the student to whom the key is being issued may pick up keys. No other individual may pick up a key on another student’s behalf. Failure to pick up room keys (without prior arrangements) by the end of the established move-in period may result in the forfeiture of the student’s specific room assignment.

  • Data Storage Where required by applicable law, Student Data shall be stored within the United States. Upon request of the LEA, Provider will provide a list of the locations where Student Data is stored.

  • Customer Service A. PRIMARY ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE. Supplier will assign an Account Representative to Sourcewell for this Contract and must provide prompt notice to Sourcewell if that person is changed. The Account Representative will be responsible for: • Maintenance and management of this Contract; • Timely response to all Sourcewell and Participating Entity inquiries; and • Business reviews to Sourcewell and Participating Entities, if applicable.
