KEYS & LOCKS. Tenant shall not place any additional locks upon the Premises, including, but not limited to, exterior and interior doors. Tenant shall not cause any of the locks or cylinders therein to be changed or re-keyed.
KEYS & LOCKS. Tenant shall give Landlord keys to all locks for the Unit. Tenant shall not change any locks or add any locks to the Unit without obtaining Landlord’s consent, and if given, Tenant shall provide keys to Landlord for these locks.

Landlord may from time to time install and change locks on entrances to the Building, Common Areas and the Premises, and will provide Tenant a reasonable number of keys to meet Tenant’s requirements. KEYS & LOCKS. It is agreed the LANDLORD will provide keys to each TENANT upon execution of Xxxxx and move in date. At the end of the Lease term all keys (front door, bedroom, mailbox, etc.) and any copies made are to be returned to LANDLORD. Any keys not returned by noon on the last day of tenancy are subject to a $75/lock re-keying fee applied against the Security Deposit. TENANT(S) accept existing locks as safe and acceptable. TENANT(S) may request locks to be changed for a $75/lock fee. Any locks that are found installed by individuals other than the LANDLORD will be removed and LANDLORD will assess a $75/lock change-out fee.
KEYS & LOCKS. Fire and safety regulations specify that the Tenant may not change or re-key door locks or install additional locks on any exterior or interior doors. Landlord may, without notice or liability, remove any unauthorized locks and make necessary repairs at Tenant's expense. Unauthorized copying of keys is prohibited. No person other than a named Tenant shall be issued a key or access card to the Premises unless authorized by Landlord.
KEYS & LOCKS. On or before the termination of this Rental Agreement, Lessee shall return all keys provided by CRMC. If Lessee fails to return mailbox keys, Lessee will be charged a minimum of THIRTY ($30.00) Dollars to replace the mailbox locks. If Xxxxxx is locked out at any time that the office is closed, CRMC may send an employee to let Lessee into the Premises. Xxxxxx agrees to pay as additional rent $75.00 for this service. Under no circumstances shall Lessee gain entrance to the Premises through a window, door or otherwise without a key. In the event that Lessee installs a lock or doorknob not supplied by CRMC, CRMC may remove such lock and/or doorknob and charge Lessee a minimum of $50.00 for each such lock. Hasp, hook and eye, dead bolt and slide locks are examples of locks that are fire code violations and shall not be installed by Lessee under any circumstances. KEYS & LOCKS. The University provides a lock for the exterior door of each room or apartment in University operated housing facilities. The student agrees to not place either additional locks or other security devices on any doors (including bedrooms) or to change any existing locks. The duplication of any keys is strictly prohibited. Each student must return all room or apartment keys at the end of the academic year, at the time of an authorized room change or upon withdrawal from the University. Room and apartment keys must be turned in at the time of check-out, within those guidelines stipulated by the Department of Residence Life and Housing. Failure to return all keys will result in a fee being assessed to the student for a door lock change and a new full set of keys. In the event an occupant loses a room/apartment key, the student must report this to the Department of Residence Life Housing and follow the guidelines stipulated by the Department of Residence Life and Housing to be reissued a key. A fee will be charged to occupants for replacement of lost keys and/or door lock changes. Mailbox keys must be returned to the Mailroom. The Department of Residence Life and Housing is not responsible for mailbox keys.
