Room Keys. Each participant may check out only his or her own room key. The charge for a lost room key is $50.00.

Room Keys. All paraprofessionals must be issued a classroom key at the onset of their assignment. Xxxx must be returned when the para leaves that position or at the end of the school year.

Permit Holder understands and agrees that a lost key charge in the range of $150.00 - $250.00 per lost key will be added to the Permit Holder’s final invoice. Note: specific buildings are on a two key per participant system.
Room Keys. The Student is fully responsible for the possession of their assigned keys. The cost to replace lost keys is the responsibility of the Student. This cost may include changing the key core of the Unit. Room Keys. A Resident will receive a key or electronic access via their UWG ID to his/her room during the check-in procedure. It is the Resident’s responsibility to keep the key/ID secure and return the key to a Housing and Residence Life staff member upon vacating the room. A Resident who loses his/her room key/ID will be held responsible for the cost of a lock change or replacement of their card. Should the key be broken, a replacement key will be provided at a discounted rate when the broken key is returned. Transferring keys/IDs to others is strictly prohibited and may result in an immediate lock change or conduct action. Possession of an unauthorized room key(s)/ID(s) is prohibited. Contact the ResStar Desk at 000-000-0000 or Campus Police at 000-000-0000 immediately to report a lost/stolen key or ID.
Room Keys. All keys given to students by dormitory directorate are the property of IŞIK University and cannot be replaced by the keys of other individuals or given to another person. In case of contract termination, students are obliged to return all keys to dormitory directorate within 12 hours of the contract termination. Otherwise, students will be required to pay the amount determined by the dormitory directorate; 25 TL for door lock, 15 TL for cabinet lock, 15 TL for caisson lock, and 15 TL for desk drawer lock. The same amounts will be charged if students staying in the dormitory lose their key.

Room Keys. For properties that are not equipped with an electronic keypad entry, you will be supplied with 2 room keys. There will be a $25.00 replacement fee for each key that is not returned. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside units. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction with no refund of rent. You will incur an additional charge for carpet cleaning & deodorizing if any evidence of smoking is found in your unit. A select few of our properties are pet friendly – please contact a reservation specialist for additional details on these properties. For properties that are not pet friendly, absolutely no pets are allowed in rental units or on the premises. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction with no refund of rent. You will incur additional charge for carpet cleaning and flea spray if any evidence is found in the unit. For properties that are pet friendly, an additional non-refundable pet fee is required. There is a 2 pet maximum and all pets must be approved prior to stay. An additional Rental Agreement is required for reservations that will be bringing pets. If visitors of guests bring pets, the non-refundable pet fee is required – no exceptions. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction with no refund of rent.
