Keys, Cards, and Lock-Outs. a. You may request that the house manager open your room door, and you may be charged a $5 fee. This service is provided at the convenience of the University; excessive use will cause limitation or removal of this service. You must report lost keys to the cooperative residence officer and file a report with Cornell Police within 24 hours. You will be charged for replacement lock core and keys.
