Knowing Waiver. Executive has been advised to consult with an attorney of his our own choosing before signing this Agreement, and has had an opportunity to do so. The Parties are hereby advised to consult with their own attorney regarding all legal matters concerning this Separation Agreement and has done so to the extent it considers necessary. The Parties acknowledges and understands that the interests of each Party is different with respect to this Separation Agreement from the interests of each other Party, and each Party waives any conflict of interest that may exist with respect to the preparation of this Separation Agreement.
