L eases. Seller shall not, without Buyer's prior written consent, amend, extend, renew, supplement or modify any existing Lease: if the term of any new Lease or of any extended or renewed Lease is for a period greater than twelve (12) months; or if the rental thereunder is less than, or any concessions given the tenant thereunder are materially more burdensome on Seller, than those for comparable units at the Property. Further, Seller shall not accept or require any prepayment of rent for more than one (1) month in advance, and shall not assign or convey any of its right, title, or interest in the Leases to any third party.

  • Utility Easements 2.1 Some properties may at the discretion of the Developer be subject to easements in favour of suppliers of water, power, gas, telephone, internet and wastewater utilities and services, including SaskPower for location of a transformer and SaskTel. The Property Owner acknowledges that the location of any transformer and which lots will be affected by any such easements, will not be known until such utility and service providers complete their design work and the Developer has negotiated the terms and conditions thereof. If this Lease is assigned, or if the Properties or any part thereof is underlet or occupied by anybody other than the Concessionaire without the consent of the Director as hereinabove provided, the Department may collect rent from the assignee, undertenant, or occupant, and apply the net amount collected to the rent herein reserved, but no such assignment, underletting, occupancy or collection shall be deemed a waiver of this covenant, or the acceptance of the assignee, undertenant or occupant as the Concessionaire, or a release of the Concessionaire from further performance by the Concessionaire of the terms contained in this Lease.

  • Service Agreements Manager shall negotiate and execute on behalf of Owner such agreements which Manager deems necessary or advisable for the furnishing of utilities, services, concessions and supplies, for the maintenance, repair and operation of the Property and such other agreements which may benefit the Property or be incidental to the matters for which Manager is responsible hereunder.

  • Lease Agreements 13.1 The Customer shall provide FPL a copy of the lease agreement, as applicable, for any and all leased interconnection equipment.
