LABOR AND MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE. ‌ A. The Federation and the District agree to the creation of a Labor and Management Committee. 1. The Committee shall consist of a minimum of a. Two (2) representatives appointed by the Federation President; and, b. Two (2) representatives appointed by the District. 2. The Committee shall discuss issues of concern related to the Negotiated Agreement and relations between the parties. 3. Two (2) representatives appointed by the Federation Association President; and, b. , b.Two (2) representatives appointed by the District. 2. The Committee shall discuss issues of concern related to the Negotiated Agreement and relations between the parties. 3. The Committee shall meet monthly starting in September, at mutually acceptable times and locationslocations which are mutually acceptable. 4. The Committee shall meet with principals and supervisors a minimum of fourfour (4) times during the school year to discuss the Negotiated Agreement.
