Labor and Materials Bond. The Contractor shall furnish a labor and materials bond for the protection of the CGA in accordance with Conn. Gen. Stat. §49-41(a) in an amount equal to the total cost of this Contract ($500,000) within fifteen (15) days of notification of award and prior to the execution of this Contract.
