Labor Discrimination. The Medical Center and Association will neither discipline nor otherwise penalize any employee because of membership or non-membership in the Association or because of lawful activity for or against the Association; provided that such activity does not interfere with normal Medical Center routine, the employee's duties, or the duties of other Medical Center employees, unless the activity is expressly permitted by this Agreement.
